Today, I want to share with you a beautiful King Family Vineyards wedding day I had the honor of photographing for the lovely couple, Jordan and Warren. I was so beyond excited to get to capture this special day for them, especially in this gorgeous location. Jordan and Warren were such a joy to be around! I loved getting to know them and witness their love story unfold by capturing their wedding day. They are truly soulmates, they just come to life as soon as they are near one another. Capturing every stolen glance and little hidden moment between them all day was amazing.
First things first, let me set the scene for you. King Family Vineyards is nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. It truly is a gem for anyone looking for a romantic and scenic celebration. On this particular day, the weather was absolutely divine – sunny skies and a gentle breeze. You couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop! As I arrived I could already feel the buzz of excitement in the air. I started capturing the bride and her girls getting ready, and then went over to the boy’s side after. Finally, it was time for the first look, and it was such a beautiful moment! They both couldn’t stop smiling and laughing out of pure excitement and love for each other.
Finally, it was time for the ceremony! It was truly incredible, the love and joy in the air was palpable and everyone could feel it. They exchanged vows and sealed it with a kiss, and everyone cheered so happily. During the cocktail hour, I snuck off with the newlyweds for some stunning sunset portraits. Afterward, they made their entrance to the reception, and next came the speeches, food, cake, and then the party! They closed the night out with sparklers and it was the perfect send-off. I’m so honored that they trusted me to capture their King Family Vineyards wedding day, I loved every minute of it! I hope they look back on these photos and remember every little detail.
