I recently photographed a beautiful Georgetown engagement session for the sweetest couple, Morgan and Will. The warm summer day made the session so romantic with the sun shining accompanied by a cool breeze. With its historic homes, cobblestone streets, and quaint storefronts, Georgetown provided the perfect backdrop for these two lovebirds to capture their joyous connection. They brought the best energy, you could clearly see how much they love each other. They’re so excited to get married!
Firstly, we started our adventure by strolling through the historic streets, capturing spontaneous moments of laughter and stolen glances. The excitement and anticipation were palpable as Morgan and Will explored the neighborhood hand in hand. We came across some stunning picture spots, including some older brick buildings, a hidden staircase, and a breathtaking bridge by the water. Every moment was filled with either laughter or incredibly romantic and loving moments between these two. I couldn’t stop taking pictures, I wanted to capture every moment for them!
To end the session on a sweet note, we made our way to a charming ice cream shop. They each got a cone and had such a wonderful time laughing and eating their ice cream together. Overall, this session was so much fun and I LOVED getting to know Morgan and Will. Documenting the love between couples like them is both an honor and a joy. As a photographer, my hope is to capture the essence of their unique love story and create images that will be treasured for a lifetime. I am beyond grateful to have been part of their Georgetown engagement session, and I can’t wait for the wedding!
